        Educational Animal Encounter: Lifecycles                                                    

        Audience: KS1

        Brief Description:

Children will look at lifecycles and their attention will be drawn to the changes that some animals undertake when growing from baby to adult. Some of the animals we may look at include giant African land snails and their eggs, Madagascan hissing cockroaches, stick insects and snakes.

Each workshop, presentation and encounter is accompanied by a brief lesson plan indicating lesson outcomes and suggestions for follow up work.
